These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PolyLeviathan website and any related services (the "Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What PolyLeviathan Is

PolyLeviathan is an independent, read-only analytics platform. It aggregates and displays publicly available data from the Polymarket API for informational purposes. It is not a trading platform, broker, exchange, financial institution, or wallet service.

PolyLeviathan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Polymarket or any of its parent or affiliated entities.

2. Not Financial Advice

All data, scores, rankings, analysis, and editorial content on this platform is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on PolyLeviathan constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

The scoring system, activity scores, and editorial briefings represent our analytical framework and independent opinion. They are not predictions and carry no guarantee of accuracy.

3. Data Accuracy

All data is sourced from third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify information directly on Polymarket before acting. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of PolyLeviathan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of funds, profits, or data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any financial decision made in reliance on information displayed here.

The editorial content, scoring methodology, visual design, and code of the Service are the property of PolyLeviathan's operators. The underlying market data is sourced from Polymarket's public API and remains subject to Polymarket's own terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Analytics for usage measurement. Your use of the Service is subject to Vercel's and Google's respective terms and privacy policies, which govern the processing of data by those providers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the Service will be resolved in the jurisdiction in which the operators are based.
