Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 21, 2026
PolyLeviathan does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, wallet address, or any other personally identifiable information to use the Service. This policy explains what we do collect and why.
1. What We Collect
We use two third-party services that collect usage data on our behalf:
Vercel
Our hosting provider. Vercel processes HTTP request metadata — IP address, referrer, user-agent — for infrastructure purposes. This is standard web server behaviour, not analytics tracking.
Google Analytics (gtag.js)
We use Google Analytics to understand how users navigate the site. It sets cookies (_ga, _gid) to distinguish users and sessions. No PII is sent to Google.
Through these tools, the following categories of data may be recorded:
- Pages visited and navigation paths
- Session duration and approximate time of visit
- Device type, operating system, and browser
- Country-level geographic location (derived from IP, not stored)
- Referrer URL (where you came from)
2. Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser. These cookies are used to distinguish users and track sessions across pages. They do not contain personally identifiable information.
- _ga — distinguishes users. Expires after 2 years.
- _gid — distinguishes users. Expires after 24 hours.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
3. How We Use This Data
- To understand which features and pages are most used, so we can prioritise improvements.
- To diagnose performance problems and errors.
- To monitor for unusual traffic patterns that may indicate abuse.
We do not use this data to build individual user profiles, serve targeted advertising, or sell information to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent data to any party. The only recipients of usage data are Vercel (as our hosting provider) and Google (via Google Analytics). You can review their respective policies:
5. Public Blockchain Data
The wallet addresses, trade records, and position data displayed on PolyLeviathan are sourced from the public Polymarket API and the CLOB on-chain record. This data is publicly available. We do not enrich it with off-chain identity information.
6. Children
The Service is not directed at individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware of any such collection, we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
